Edible Michiana is a community-based culinary magazine dedicated to the growing local food movement in Northern Indiana and Southwest Michigan. Our mission is to be a community resource, rooted in social awareness on behalf of Michiana’s local food culture. We will feature inspiring stories of local restaurants, hard working farmers, artisan foods, chefs, vineyards and home cooks throughout a nine-county area: Berrien & Cass Counties (Michigan); St. Joseph, Elkhart, LaPorte, Starke, Marshall, LaGrange & Kosciusko (Indiana).
