Tracey Medeiros is a freelance food writer, food stylist, recipe developer and tester. She is the author of Dishing Up Vermont (Storey Publishing, 2008) and The Vermont Farm Table Cookbook, (Countryman Press, 2013). Her recipes have appeared in Bon Appetit, Cooking Light, Eating Well and Hampton Roads magazines and she is a regular contributor to Edible Green Mountains. She lives in Essex Junction, Vermont.
