Orange Lavender Honey Syrup
- 1 1/2 pounds honey
- 1/4 cup lavender flowers
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup sugar
- Peels of 2 oranges
- Heat all ingredients in a medium-sized pot.
- Once heated, simmer on medium for 3 to 4 minutes, with a watchful eye as honey boils over easily.
- Remove from heat and steep for 15 minutes.
- Strain into sterile container and store in refrigerator for up to 2 months.
